Our charity places for the 2026 TCS London Marathon have now been filled – but there are still ways to run for us

Ready to take on the challenge of a lifetime? Whilst our charity places have been allocated, we’re still welcoming applications to join our reserve list. ! By running 26.2 miles in support of Derby & Burton Hospitals Charity, you’ll be helping NHS patients, visitors, staff, and community members across Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
If a place becomes available, we’ll contact applicants from the reserve list. To apply, click the link below. We want to hear your story — why you want to run the marathon and why fundraising for our charity matters to you. Please include as much detail as possible to help us understand your motivation.

I have a ballot place
If you were lucky enough to get a ballot place in the 2026 TCS London Marathon – huge congratulations! Why not make every mile count by running for your local hospital charity?
There’s no extra entry fee (you’ve already sorted that with the organisers), and you can set your own fundraising target – we’ll be there to support you on every step of the way.

If a place becomes available, we’ll be in touch – no pressure, no obligation. You’ll only be asked to commit to fundraising if you’re offered a place (our target is £2,000 to support patients and staff across our hospitals)
