trentbarton announced as headline sponsor of Derby Santa Run 2025
We’re delighted to announce that trentbarton will be the headline sponsor of this year’s Derby Santa Run, taking place on Sunday 30 November at Markeaton Park.
trentbarton, known locally as the really good bus company, is a proud supporter of community and charity projects across the region. Many of their buses play an important role in helping patients and families travel to and from hospital sites in Derby and Burton, making this partnership especially meaningful.

trentbarton’s Allestree service runs every 10 minutes from Derby city centre to Markeaton Park, making it easy for participants and supporters to travel sustainably to the event. With the Government’s current fare cap, single journeys are just £3, with further savings available via trentbarton’s new mango app. Families or groups of up to five people can also enjoy unlimited travel all day for just £18.
You’ll also be able to see trentbarton on the day, cheering on the Santas and helping to spread the festive spirit.
