Thanks to funding from the Tesco Groundworks initiative, a remembrance garden has been created at the front of the Royal Derby Hospital to remember and honour our staff who have passed away.

The Forget-Me-Not Garden, Royal Derby Hospital

We are filling this beautifully landscaped garden with individually hand crafted ceramic flowers to create a wonderful, lasting tribute to former colleagues and friends.

All we ask is a minimum donation of £120 for each flower, including leaf inscription and installation.

Your flower will be permanently set into the garden and we will contact you to let you know when the flower has been added.  If you have any questions, please contact us.

When selecting your flower, and you have a preferred colour on the chart below, please indicate this on the form and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.  As the garden grows, we may have to limit colour choices in order to create a natural flower garden and complement the existing colour palette.

Unique Dedication

Flowers are designed and created by local artist and ceramicist Elaine Lim-Newton. The flowers are approximately 3 feet tall and secured into the garden using a resin base.  They are frost proof and weather proof.  Each flower leaf will bear a unique, handmade inscription dedicated to members of staff.
