Thanks to funding from the Derby and Burton Hospital Charity, a memorial tree has been created at Queens Hospital to remember and honour our staff who have passed away.

The Memorial Tree, Queens Hospital, Burton

The steel tree is hung with individually hand crafted ceramic leaves to create a wonderful, lasting tribute to former colleagues and friends.

All we ask is a minimum donation of £120 for each handmade leaf, which includes inscription and installation.

Your leaf will be permanently hung from the memorial tree and we will contact you to let you know when the leaf has been added.

You can select one of three glazes and you can have up to 30 characters inscribed on your leaf.

Unique Dedication

Flowers are designed and created by local artist and ceramicist Elaine Lim-Newton. The leaves are frost proof and weather proof.  Each leaf will bear a unique, handmade inscription dedicated to members of staff.
