QHB Memorial Tree
The Staff Memorial at Queen’s Hospital is starting to take shape and you should start to see this happening in the coming months at the site which is located at the back of Ward 8. We are now in a position to ask you to submit names to be placed on the leaves the Tree.
All we require is the persons first and last name and that they have worked for the Trust at some point in their lives. Please submit your entry to uhdb.charity@nhs.net with the subject title QHB Memorial Tree by Friday 16th of August, any submissions after this date cannot be added until after the tree has been unveiled.
